Registrations once done cannot be changed, transferred, cancelled or refunded.
If under any circumstances the conference gets cancelled kindly refer to the refund policy given below:
Cancellation request must identify the registrants name, email address, transaction ID and amount paid.
For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.
For all the other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account.
The payment will be refunded within 15 working days of announcement of conference cancellation.
